Platform Usage Rules You Need to Know
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the n16 platform by users in Malaysia. By registering for or using our services, you agree to comply with all provisions stated below. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before you begin.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the n16 platform available at https://n16.im, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies referenced herein.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and n16. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you stay up to date with the latest version.
The n16 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To access the full range of n16 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information — including your full name, a valid email address and any other details requested during the registration process.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under a single identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. n16 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, unless it can be demonstrated that such activity resulted from negligence or an error on the part of the n16 platform.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the n16 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using legitimate payment methods and that the funds used belong solely to you.
Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX transfers, and other methods that may be made available from time to time. Details on minimum and maximum deposit limits can be found in the Wallet section of your account.
N16 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal requests for security review or compliance purposes. In such cases, you may be contacted to provide additional documents or information as required.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the rollover requirements and usage limits specified separately in the terms of each respective offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the stipulated rollover conditions have been fully met.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, conduct fraudulent transactions, or abuse bonus mechanisms will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
4. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Use
You agree to use the n16 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may not use this platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or that compromises the safety, privacy, or rights of other users.
- Not to use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Not to copy, modify, or distribute platform content without written authorisation
- Not to share your account or lend your login credentials to any third party
Prohibited Conduct
N16 reserves the right to take action against any user found to have engaged in the following:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification
- Colluding with other users to manipulate the betting or gaming system
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain
- Disrupting or interfering with other users' ability to use the platform
5. Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
N16 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or unauthorised access occurring beyond the platform's control.
N16's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the liability claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
N16 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or platform abuse. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any balance associated with bonuses or disputed activity may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the review is complete.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the n16 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of n16 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of this content is strictly prohibited.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. n16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external sites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Right to Amend
N16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without personal notice to individual users. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the n16 platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
